The Foundation processes personal data for the purpose of:

• implementation of the foundation's statutory goals,

The Foundation processes the data of the following people:

• employees and collaborators of the foundation,

• foundation's beneficiaries 

The Foundation processes the following categories of data:

• name, surname,

• date and place of birth,

• PESEL number,

• address,

• phone number,

• parents' names,

• e-mail address, 

 

In the case of employees and collaborators, the foundation may additionally process:

• previous employment history,

• education,

• mother's maiden name,

• Tax Identification Number (NIP),

• occupation,

• series and number of identity card,

• revealing trade union membership,

• biometric data to uniquely identify a natural person,

• convictions and violations of the law.

• health data.

 

Categories of recipients to whom personal data have been or will be disclosed

Personal data may be transferred to entities or bodies authorized under the law, entities or bodies to which the transfer of data is necessary to perform a specific activity.

 

Data storage period

The period of data processing by the foundation depends on the purpose for which they were collected and processed, legal provisions and the rules adopted by the foundation, in accordance with these provisions.
